Richard was born in Gladstone, New Jersey in 1964. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1991.
He has been admitted to the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, the Connecticut Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
He works as a Litigation and Trial Attorney, handling defense cases in New Jersey and New York. His practice areas have included firm specialties, such as, insurance, personal injury, and, premises liability. He has also done work with motor vehicle accidents, construction defects and accidents, and property damage. He also has experience with insurance coverage, subrogation, and personal injury protection insurance litigation. Lastly, he's worked with contracts, declaratory judgment actions, New Jersey claims against public entities (Title 59/Tort Claims Act), and collections and employment law.
He has a published opinion: Sanchez v. Independent Bus Co., 358 N.J.Super. 74 (Appelate Division 2003).
