Stephen has been a partner since 2009.  He concentrates his practice on all aspects of personal injury law, specializing in defending medical malpractice claims. He has successfully defended both doctors and hospitals at trial in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings and Bronx Counties. He has also been successful in defending general liability claims at trial on behalf of property owners, general contractors and automobile drivers.

Stephen was born in Rockville Centre, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003.

As an attorney, his memberships include the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
