Steve Kim spent most of his life in New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2012. He was issued the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Trial Practice and Family Law for top-of the-class performance, was on the Dean’s List and graduated Cum Laude. He was a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society throughout his time at law school. 

As a trial attorney, Steve focuses his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, and high-exposure personal injury matters. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully represented clients in jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, securing early case dismissals, favorable settlements, and defense verdicts.

Steve specializes in complex liability matters, construction litigation, contractual indemnification, and risk mitigation for insurers and businesses. He is known for his strategic case analysis, results-oriented defense approach, and effective courtroom advocacy, helping clients minimize exposure while achieving cost-effective outcomes.
