Thomas Decker of counsel Kerley, Walsh, Matera & Cinquemani, P.C.

Tom focuses his practice on personal injury and professional liability defense, representing clients in complex litigation matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rider College, graduating magna cum laude in 1978, and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1981, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey since 1981, Tom is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He was previously certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and has served as an adjunct professor teaching Product Liability Law in the Seton Hall University MBA program.
