The plaintiff claimed a failure to timely diagnose and treat prostate cancer. Justice David T Reilly, in an Order dated September 30, 2024, held that we established our defendant physician did not depart from the standard of care when he treated the plaintiff, and that any alleged delay in diagnosis of the prostate cancer did not cause any change in plaintiff’s outcome in terms of staging and treatment options, warranting dismissal of all claims.
