KWMC Prevails Before the Appellate Division, Second Department

KWMC Partner, Timothy Shelley, prevailed before the Appellate Division, Second Department, affirming the Suffolk County trial court’s order of dismissal, stemming from a premises liability claim in which the plaintiff alleged serious personal injuries.  The Appellate Division, in a Decision & Order dated January 28, 2026, affirmed the decision of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Hon. Frank A. Tinari, dated September 3, 2024), dismissing the case in its entirety.
