Kristen was born in Staten Island, New York and currently resides with her family in Long Island.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at The College of the Holy Cross in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2007.  She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2008.

She is a former Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s office, and for the past eight years has been practicing matrimonial and family law.  She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
