Jeffrey was born in Valley Stream, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991.
He was admitted to New York State Bar and the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1992.
As an attorney, his memberships include the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
He is actively involved as a mentor in the Nassau County Bar Association Youth Mentoring Program and he is a Board Member of the Rockville Centre Youth Council.
